Amanda Mahlahla is the founder of Bookland (Pty) Ltd; a private independent bookstore in South Africa, a poetry writer,a story teller as well as an Advanced Model under Gail Brown's mentor-ship at Sophisticate Modelling School. She started writing since childhood but her recognition started when she submitted her pieces monthly to International Poetry Digest and 5 of her poems including (One is what we are, You're here in my heart, In my dimmest hour, Up in the hummocks) were published on their monthly issues. She is best known of writing about love, she can deeply express emotions in her pieces. Author of five books "WORDS FROM A GOLDEN HEART" a book that encourages love, gives hope in season of pain and reveals a mystery hidden in a good heart. It is inspired by different occasions and the extension thoughts of everything she sees happening around the world. Her second book is "I gaze through deep waters trying to reach the end." Third book "In the deepest rain through the gloomy corners." Fourth book "Granny and I." She recently published a firth title, fiction novel about Jade and Grey something that we can all enjoy.
